Does your friend sign up for a 6-, 12- or 24-month membership with your referral code? Then you both work out for free for 4 weeks.

Choose Flex. You can cancel after 4 weeks.
I train regularly but don't want to commit for too long.
Choose Routine. You can cancel after 12 months and pay less than with Flex.

Choose Smart. The best price for your training.

Train through your employer. Some of our clubs also accept corporate fitness partners. The club page shows which partners apply at which club.

What does it cost to start?

A one-off registration fee of € 29.99, then just your membership. The trial session is free.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for example in case of illness or pregnancy. You need a doctor’s note for this. You request the pause in the app.

How soon can I cancel?

That depends on your membership: Flex after 4 weeks, Routine after 12 months, Smart after 24 months.
