About Circle Fit
Circle Fit is a rapidly growing Dutch fitness chain with a unique concept: 30 minutes of smart training on AI-driven equipment, accessible 24/7, right in the neighborhood. With new locations throughout the Netherlands, we are looking for a Regional Manager to help our clubs grow.
What will you do?
As a Regional Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the performance and growth of multiple Circle Fit locations in your region.
You are the first point of contact for club managers and support them in daily operations and HR matters
You monitor and manage KPIs per location: member numbers, retention, occupancy rate, and quality score
You identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent implementation of the Circle Fit concept
You carry out light commercial activities in the immediate vicinity of the clubs. Think of collaborations with local entrepreneurs, distributing flyers, or being present at neighborhood activities — to increase visibility
You work closely with headquarters during the opening of new locations and support the start-up phase
You identify local opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for lead generation and brand awareness
